Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email. Confirmation of appointments is subject to availability.
We strive to be punctual for all scheduled appointments. In the event of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes provided are based on the initial information provided by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised estimate or quote.
Estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Balances are due within two (2) business days of completion. A $35 late fee per day will be due in addition to the originally quoted/agreed upon fee in the event of delinquent payment.
We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
In the event of non-payment, All Clear reserves the right to take necessary actions to recover the outstanding amount, including legal proceedings. Client will be responsible for legal and collection fees.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Warranties and Guarantees
All Clear provides a warranty on labor and parts used for the services performed. The duration of the warranty will be specified in the service agreement.
Warranty claims must be made within the specified period and are subject to an inspection by our team. In most cases, warranty claims will be expedited during normal business hours only unless causing harm to property or health.
Limitation of Liability
All Clear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, attic stairways, sheetrock, or concrete for the purposes of gaining access for plumbing repairs and landscaping due to excavations.
Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the property for the completion of services.
Customers must ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.
Privacy Policy
All Clear is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use your personal information only for the purpose of providing our services.
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in League City, Texas.
Changes to Terms and Conditions All Clear reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. This document is current as of July 23, 2024.
